We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience in the kitchen, is able to lead a team of cooks, and is passionate about creating unique and delicious dishes. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. We are looking for a creative and organized individual who can bring their culinary expertise to our team. Knowledge and experience with Italian cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations.
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Create new recipes and dishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
